Puesto del Sol

One summer of 2012, my brother had booked a reservation for us thru Metrodeal in Puesto Del Sol which is located at the hilltop of Calatagan, Batangas. We've stayed there overnight with my family. It is accessible from the Metro so if you want to disconnect with the hustle of the city you may opt to unwind here. Getting close to nature and breathe with fresh air are sometimes what we need. The resort is quiet, relaxing and the view is oh so charming.

There are two infinity pools.

My brother and I were really having fun.

There are cottages and villas where you can stay. They also served breakfast but as far as I remember, it was only good for 2 persons.

This was the bamboo cottage where we've stayed which costs around Php5,000-6,000.00 plus additional fee for excess pax.

We were also able to use the kitchen and dining area which is supposedly for the other casa since there was no guest there that time.

I so love sunset and the sunset view here is very attractive.

Another advantage of going here is there are other nearby places to visit. We weren't able to go to the beach because it was low tide that time so we've decided to visit the Cape Santiago Lighthouse instead. I'll post photos of it on a separate blog.

The beauty, serenity & simplicity of Puesto del Sol are what makes it worth visiting.
