Enchanting Coron, Palawan

How great our God is for gracing me the experience to travel and have witnessed his majestic creatures.

We have visited the most awesome island in the Philippines, Palawan, mainly in Coron. Its lovely and scenenic view adding its stillness made into a peaceful paradise that soothes for an idyllic vacation.

We booked our tour in a travel agency so it was a smooth & worry free tour. We got fascinated with the rock formations and how rich is the Philippines in the different bodies of water.

We had our accommodation in Darayonan for 3 days and 2 nights. The place is so quiet. You can have peace of mind and can merely reflect.

On our first day, we climbed Mt. Tapyas via stairs with 725steps. Glad that we were still young then and able to  climbed up to the top. Haha. It's never easy but it was a good experience. You will see the big cross atop including the beautiful view of Coron.

We just reached 100th steps, 625 to go

Right after a tiring climb, we went to Maquinit Hotspring and immersed ourselves with the super hot water and it eased our worn out legs and feet.

Then we went to cashew factory. We saw  the procedure on how it is being made for selling.

The next day we went for an island hopping while it was raining. We visited the pride of Coron which is the Kayangan Lake. Going there means trekking, it was also tiring but the wonderful sight makes the walk and climb all worth it. There is a cave at the peak.

We had fun snorkeling. The other places that we went to were CYC beach, Baraccuda Lake, Atwayan Beach, Twin Peaks, Twin Lagoons, Banol Beach and Siete Picados.

You see how captivating Palawan is. I was astonished by its beauty. Our country is filled with stunning views and wonderful places to visit and with that we are so blessed that we can enjoy our own.
